I had been looking for a M140 for about a year, as I was very particular about colour, spec and condition. The car advertises at James Glen not only met my requirements, but greatly surpassed them. This created a problem as I live 500 miles away and so could not view the car myself. After reading many reviews and speaking to Stephen, I had to confidence to buy the car and have it delivered to me, unseen, which is something I would never normally consider. Within days, the car arrived in Cornwall and my old car taken back in px. When the car arrived I was stunned by its condition and quite honestly, the web site just did not do it justice. In every way, the car has exceed my expectations. Stephen was very professional and efficient throughout and I cannot recommend this Company enough. This has been the easiest and most pleasurable car buying experience ever and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car in this way from them again.

James Glen are well known within the \petrolhead\ community and for good reason. They have a shared passion for cars and this is reflected throughout the business (stock, service, preparation). Having bought many cars from both main dealers and \specialists\, I have never had a car delivered where I feel it is as good as it can be. This was a key reason for waiting for some time until JG got the right car in for me. Absolutely delighted and cannot recommend highly enough.
I had a great buying experience from James Glen Cars. From the moment I saw the BMW and I inquired about the car, Stephen was honest and more than helpful. After placing a deposit Stephen sent the invoice and after depositing the funds a few days later, I emailed Stephen at 21:45pm asking for conformation that he had received the payment. Only 10 minutes later his father replied saying that they had received payment and thank you. I was amazed at the professionalism and prompt response. I emailed Stephen arranging to collect the car and he sent an email with a calendar invite, he also phoned me to go through a few queries and details I had asked about. Buying a car from James Glen Cars was the best buying experience I have ever had. And when I collected the car it was immaculate, and everything I had hope and dreamed it would be. Best car buying experience I have ever had, nothing but professionalism right from the start. Stephen left me to have a look over the car at my own pace without any pressure. Viewed the car on Tuesday and traded my old car in and picked up the keys for a new car on the Friday. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an immaculate car.
